very impressed by your story and photo's I have been looking around to see if beef jerky is ok to eat on a diet and looks to me like it is. I have been on just salads and protien drinks for a week now and have dropped 15 pounds but need some meat in the diet plan because I still have 140 pounds to go.

Wow Steve you are my Hero! My size 20 jeans are loose just by losing 9 pounds. I cannot believe how fat you were LOL...I can't believe how fat I am. See what we did when we were not conscience! Lois
