Loose the Accent in the recipe...MSG causes headaches and irratability.<br /><br />I mix Low sodium soy and Liquid Smoke ( apple or hickory ) in my marinade. I also loose the extra salt. The low sodium soy has more than enough. So yummy and totally afordable!:<br />1/2c. soy sauce<br />1/2c. worst. sauce<br />2 tsp. accent<br />2 tsp. seasoned salt<br />2/3 tsp. garlic powder<br />2 tsp. onion powder<br />2/3 tsp. pepper<br /> <br />Stir well. Completly cover meat strips with mixture. For instance I used it to supplement my diets when I am cutting up... the stuff I buy has less than 10 grams of carbs per 4 oz bag.
