Weighed in this morning at 157.4 pounds.
Been as high as 164 pounds earlier this month, due to a lot of things going on in my life. Was able to get it back down to this point just by exercising more, and eating lower-calorie foods.
I don't think I'm eating less, probably about the same volume, just lower calorie.
I'm experimenting with vitamin B12. I bought these pills called "Mega B-12 Dots", from Twinlabs at the Vitamin Shoppe here in town. They're sublingual pills, meaning they melt in your mouth. At 5,000 mcg, they're supposed to give you a boost in energy and reduce constipation.
Curious to see how that works with my exercise regimen.
Also been dealing with a cold the past few days. Sucks.
