Weighed in this morning at 153 pounds, still no change over the past few weeks.
Looks like I won't be hitting that 150 pound mark by the end of this month. I've been eating reasonably, meaning that I have not gorged myself. My calorie intake has varied between 1,500 to 2,000 a day.
Meanwhile, I've exercised quite a bit over those past few weeks. I'm enrolled in a fitness boot camp and have not missed a session (it meets every Mon, Wed, and Fri). I've also started jogging in between those days (Tue and Thu).
So, all I can figure is that I've gained muscle mass.
Well, if that's the case then perhaps while I've gained muscle I've still lost an equal amount of fat. And I don't have much fat left on me.
