Rollercoaster Weight Shifts

Weighed in this morning at 155 pounds.

Since my last post on April 29, my weight went up to 160 pounds, the result of the past weekend's eating and drinking.

I seem to be in a cycle of losing weight between Monday and Thursday, and then gaining it back Friday through Sunday. Which is actually not too bad considering I lose everything I gain. But on the other hand, I'm never really maintaining weight because it's always a process of gain and lose.

But I'm really only talking about weight swings of 5-10 pounds. I'm guessing that most people go through the same thing. I doubt anyone can maintain their ideal weight and never vary by less than 2 pounds.

As for beef jerky, I still have lots to go through. Yesterday I got another package, and over the weekend I received more too. This is all free stuff from companies that want me to write reviews.

I'm also going to try to get more reviews written for my beef stick blog. Maybe you didn't know I had one. But a few days ago I received a package of free sticks from this one company. Beef stick are not good for a diet, unlike beef jerky. But, it's sounding like it might be a good business model to try.
