Weighed in this morning at 152 pounds, up two pounds from yesterday.
That breaks my string of four-straight days at 150 pounds.
Yesterday, I stuck to the diet up until the evening. Then my wife and I hit the local tavern, and a couple of friends met us there. I had three beers, and a large grilled chicken salad. I got home pretty late, around midnight, and hit the sack right away. So I never really had enough time to pee out all the water.
I think that's where much of that two pound gain comes from, the water from the beer.
I don't know what's in store for today, but I imagine I'll be off the diet. Though that's an oxymoron actually, I'm always watching what I eat.
