As Predicted I Lost Three Pounds

Weighed in this morning at 153 pounds, down three pounds from yesterday. And here's what I did to lose those three pounds...

Morning: Two small whole wheat tortillas (160 calories)
Afternoon: 4oz of beef jerky (360 calories)
Afternoon: 2 bottles of water (0 calories)
Evening: 1 dry pint of sweet peppers (100 calories)
Evening: 1 can of V8 Juice (70 calories)

Total: 690 calories

Exercise: I walked and hiked up some nearby hills, about 3 miles.

So I said in yesterday's post, I had hoped to lose three pounds by this morning mostly by peeing out all the iced tea and beer that I drank on Thursday. Hence, the three pound loss in one day was largely water loss. Of course that only proves the three pounds I gained on Thursday was mostly water gain.

So today I'm set to hook up with some more buddies and go motorcycle riding again. I'm still trying to stick to my goal to eat fat-fee and sugar-free for lunch, which means I'm looking at a salad with salsa for dressing. But I'll plan to have some beers in the evening.

I'm guessing it'll be another three pound water gain day today.
