Need More Fiber in my Diet

Weighed in this morning at 154 pounds, down one pound from yesterday.

Another beef jerky diet day yesterday, starting out with my serving of kefir and a handful of almonds. Then 3oz of beef jerky for lunch, followed in the evening with 12oz of fresh blackberries, and about 12oz of fresh broccoli and sweet peas. I had a can of V8, a bottle of water, and a bottle of Fruit2O.

I also did all the exercises, went jogging, sit-ups, push-ups, and various weight lifts.

I'm going to try to work more fiber into my diet. Thinking about getting a loaf of whole wheat bread, and just having two slices a day, one in the morning and one for lunch. I'm just going to eat them plain with no spread.

All this sounds pretty drab when you read about my daily dieting. I mean, just eating raw fruits and vegetables, plain bread with nothing on it, kefir, vegetable juice, unsalted almonds, beef jerky. I don't really eat anything prepared, like a casserole, or sandwich.

However, I'm still dieting, still trying to reach my goal. Once I reach that goal, then I'll shift towards eating regular meals, and attempt to maintain my weight instead of lose weight.
