Fruit and Vegetables for Dinner

Weighed in this morning at 156 pounds, down one from yesterday.

I had something more closer to a beef jerky diet than I had in the past several days. I had a whole 2oz of jerky for lunch! I started that morning with a can of V8 and a handful of almonds. Then later in the evening I had a few sweet peppers and a pint of grape tomatoes. That and three bottles of water.

But I also did a full set of exercises, jogging, push-ups, sit-ups, and various weight lifts.

It's raining outside this morning, so it looks like I'll be stuck indoors. It's supposed to rain all day today and tomorrow.

I had to make a run to the grocery store this morning as I was all out of kefir. I managed to also pick up some blackberries, strawberries, tomatoes, and a vegetable tray, all will become my lunch and dinner over the next few days, that and some beef jerky I still have here at home.

Funny thing, last night I dreamed of going to this indian casino nearby and eating several slices of prime rib at their buffet. I've been there several times over the past several years, and they do have a great buffet. They also have great guacamole and they also have these roasted jalapeƱo peppers. I love to cut up the jalapeƱos into chunks, and then eat a piece of prime rib with it along with some guacamole.

I'm tempted to go there maybe this Sunday and take the wife. We actually did exactly that earlier this month, maybe that's why the dream happened.
