Trying To Get Back on Track

Weighed in this morning at 158 pounds, down two from yesterday.

Yesterday I still felt fatigued all day long, despite having taken naps and having eaten more. I wondered if maybe I was iron deficient. I remembered feeling this same way a few years ago after my motorcycle accident. My doctor discovered I was anemic, and said it's common for that to happen after a traumatic event like a motorcycle accident. So he put me on iron supplements in the interim, and eventually the body righted itself.

So I went to the drug store yesterday and bought some more. Today, things seem to feel better.

For food I started off with my usual serving of kefir. For lunch I had a small veggie tray of broccoli, tomatoes and carrots, along with a can of light tuna. I put some lemon juice and pepper in the tuna and ate it like that. In the evening I had 2oz of jerky.

For today, since I'm feeling better I had planned to write some jerky reviews. But my wife wanted to go out for lunch since the whole past couple of weeks while I was sick and she was sick, we didn't do anything. So that's the plan today.
