Lose 30 Pounds in 30 Days

Weighed in this morning at 161 pounds, no change from yesterday.

I stuck to the beef jerky diet yesterday, eating 9oz of jerky throughout the day. I started the day with a serving of kefir and a handful of grapes, and drank down a total of 3 bottles of water and 2 bottles of Fruit2O all day long. I also did my exercises, 2-mile jog in the morning, push-ups, sit-ups, and crunches.

I got a little more work done in the backyard, picking up the rest of the tree trimmings and putting them into the green waste can.

I noticed the Google Ads on this website and one showing "Lose 30 Pounds in 30 Days". I didn't click on the ad, but I did type in the address "lisaslogbook.com", and checked it out. It didn't provide any info on how to lose 30 pounds in 30 days. But what it did do was ask for my e-mail address. It seems the site only wants to send you junk mail on weight loss crap, probably acai berries, colon cleanse, or some other MLM con job.

After having seen what I've seen with my own weight loss, I think it is certainly possible to lose 30 pounds in 30 days, but there's no other secret to it other than burning a lot of calories, and consuming little. You have to exercise an awful lot, and eat foods low in calories, and perhaps take vitamins.

But it seems for every 100 ads that promise weight loss, about 95 of them don't provide any realistic help. They provide gimmicks, outrageous promises, and only leave you with less money.

I'm convinced you can lose 30 pounds in 30 days with this beef jerky diet. You just have to limit yourself to about 4-6oz of jerky spread out throughout the day from morning to evening, drink only water, and exercise, exercise, and exercise all day long. Do this for 30 days straight, no breaks, and it'll happen.
