Cutting Back on Exercising

Weighed in this morning at 166 pounds, no change from yesterday.

I sort of stuck to the beef jerky diet yesterday, eating 8oz of jerky, plus a handful of strawberries in the evening. Then two bottles of water, and two bottles of Fruit2O. I also jogged for 2-miles in the morning, and did a set of push-ups.

So yesterday, I said a friend of mine gave me a bunch of vegetables from his garden, including several tomatoes, grapes, peppers, carrots, and cilantro. A few days ago, my wife and I bought some fruit from the grocery store, namely more grapes and strawberries. So now, I have to eat all this stuff. Good news is that at least it's not pizza, burgers, and tacos.

Losing weight seems to be getting more difficult to do now. I'm exercising more than ever, yet eating about the same as I have been since going on this diet, and yet it's still a struggle to knock off a pound.

Even though I'm exercising a lot more than ever, I've actually cut it back over the past week. Earlier, I said I was jogging three times a day, and two sets of push-ups, sit-ups, and crunches. But I've found my body so tired, and everytime I went jogging, I felt so exhausted. So, now I've just been jogging in the morning, and just 1 set of push-ups, and I feel stronger now. That's still more than exercising since I started the diet.

I think I'm just going to leave it at that for awhile.
