Changing My Exercise Schedule

Weighed in this morning at 160 pounds, no change from yesterday.

Yesterday, I did a partial beef jerky diet, eating 5oz of jerky. I started the morning with my serving of kefir and some grapes. Then throughout the day I ate two lemons, a bell pepper, and a jalapeno, which a friend had given me from his garden. I still have lots of lemons and jalapenos left over. I also had three bottles of water and three bottles of Fruit2O.

I also did my exercises, 1 mile jog and 1 mile walk in the morning, and sit-ups, push-ups, crunches, and some weight lifting for the arms and shoulders, all in the evening. And, I mowed and edged the front lawn too.

I'm still dealing with fatigue in the morning, preventing me from doing the full 2-mile jog. I going to try changing my exercise schedule so that I do everything in the morning, with the idea that this will give my body a full day to recouperate for next morning. Up to now, I've been doing the jogs in the morning, and then all the other exercises in the evening. Maybe that's what has made me feel tired in the mornings.

Remember those vitamin water tablets called "Zenergize" that I wrote about last month? I had said it tasted "ok". I've continued to take their Citrus variety, which they claim to be an immunity booster, and I think I'm getting used to the flavor. Originally, I thought they tasted something half-way between Tang and Alka Seltzer, and I think they still do. It's just that I'm tolerating it better.

Zenergize has a Green Tea variety, which they say is their metabolism booster. I already have plans to go to the grocery store today, so I think I'll try that one.
