My Clothes Keep Getting Bigger

Weighed in this morning at 167 pounds, no change from yesterday.

I stuck to the beef jerky diet yesterday, eating 8oz of jerky, a serving of kefir, 4 bottles of water, 1 bottle of Fruit2O, and 1 bottle of Propel Water.

I did all my usual exercises, 2 miles of walking and jogging in the morning, 30 sit-ups, 30 crunches, and 10 push-ups, also in the morning. Then in the evening, another 30 sit-ups, 30 crunches, and 10 push-ups, along with a 1 mile walk with my dogs.

And I did more work in the backyard, trimming two more pygmy date palms, pulling more weeds, trimming more bushes.

Well, I'm hoping to weigh in tomorrow at 166, because tomorrow night I made arrangements to hang out at my favorite tavern with some friends for some brews. I'm assuming I'll gain a few pounds from the beer and water. So, I'm going to make tomorrow my non-diet day.

I tried on my size 40 jeans yesterday, and wow! I can't believe I was that big. I wear a size 33 right now.

I'm also noticing my size L t-shirts are a little more loose. I'm actually thinking of washing them all in hot water to get them to shrink up a little bit more.

I also find myself thinking I need to exercise. Whereas before, walking and jogging in the morning something I debated doing. Now, I feel as if I have no choice. If I don't exercise, I'll lose the progress I've made and gain my weight back.

But it makes me feel good exercising. After the morning jog, I take a shower, put my clothes on, and sit down in my home office feeling invigorated.
