Weighed in this morning at 177 pounds, up four pounds from yesterday.
Yesterday I was off the beef jerky diet, and ended up spending that evening at the bar with some friends. I had three beers, two Diet Cokes, and a half-pound bacon cheeseburger with fries.
But this morning, I still did my walk and jog, and actually jogged a whole mile. That's getting better, considering I haven't jogged that far since high school.
The Dannon Activia still seems to be working, as evidenced this morning.
I also discovered I have WAY too many oversized t-shirts. In my closet I counted something like 30 XXL t-shirts, and about 30 XL t-shirts. At current size, I'm wearing size L, and I only have 3 such t-shirts.
I need more t-shirts, but I don't want to spend money on clothes. I tried shrinking some of my XL shirts several months ago, by washing and drying them in hot water. They shrunk a little. But if my goal is to get down to 150 pounds, I'm just going to need more shirts.
