Weighed in this morning at 175 pounds.
Yesterday, I had planned to be off the beef jerky diet, and just have some left over lasagne. But the wife decided to make some raviolis and garlic bread for lunch. So I ended up having 1 1/2 plate fulls, and four slices of garlic bread.
To drink, I had a half gallon of V8 Fusion, 1 can of Diet Coke, and 1 bottle of beer.
I also did some exercise, walking 2 miles, and pulling weeds in my front yard.
In the end, I didn't lose any weight from the previous day, but at least I was able to stuff myself with a homemade meal, drink a beer, and not gain anything.
Today, I'm back on the beef jerky diet.
