Weighed in this morning at 178 pounds, down two from yesterday.
Yesterday, I tried to stick to the beef jerky diet, and for the most part I did. However, I ended up falling for a large caramel apple cider at Starbucks. Otherwise, it was just 8 ounces of jerky and a few cans of Diet Coke.
Actually, it's now Caffeine Free Diet Coke. I decided that the lack of sleep I've been experiencing is due to all the caffeine. And so far it's working, I got a full night's sleep last night.
The bigger challenge is to keep myself from getting bored. While I always things to do in my business, after awhile I need a break. It's those break times when my mind tends to think about food. So, I'm thinking about creating a "to do" list that I stick to my computer monitor. It will present things I can do to keep my mind off of eating, like going for a walk, yard work, cleaning my motorcycle, soaking in the tub, etc.
