Weighed in this morning at 195 pounds, still no change.
I'm starting to wonder if from here on out, weight loss is going to get tougher since I've been at 195 pounds for over a week now.
For the entire month of June, I lost 7 pounds. That's the same amount I lost in the month of May. Here's to another 7 pounds in July!
Friday I stuck to the beef jerky diet. Read my reviews for House of Jerky - Turkey Black Pepper, and House of Jerky - Teriyaki Turkey.
Saturday I had an Ortega Burger, fried zucchini, and a salad. Sunday, the wife and I had brunch at a Hometown Buffet. I kept it to just one meal on each of those days, and diet Cokes.
Admittedly, I haven't done much walking for maybe a couple of weeks now. I really ought to exercise more. It's just been 100+ degrees outside for the past month.
I also contacted about four different beef jerky manufacturers, and told them about my beef jerky review blog. I asked them to submit samples for review. One company replied back that they'll be sending me some.
