Weighed in this morning at 193 pounds. Down another pound.
Had lunch yesterday at a Buffalo Wild Wings, with 6 wings, a pulled pork sandwich, fries, and Diet Coke. I love that "Asian Zing" sauce they have, sweet and spicy, with a medium touch of heat.
Later in evening I chugged down a 1.75l bottle of lemonade. That's all I ate.
No exercise.
Today, the wife and I are going out to Sunday brunch together.
It's wierd that I can lose a pound by eating what I ate at Buffalo Wild Wings, but find it so tough to lose a pound in the couple of weeks prior to that. I know it's a metabolism thing. I don't know if my metabolism was running a lot longer yesterday, than on a typical beef jerky diet. Yesterday, I only ate once that day, for lunch. You might say, however, that I ate enough heavy food to keep my metabolism running a lot longer.
