Weighed in this morning at 191 pounds.
It's been up and down over the past several days. I got back up to 194 pounds, I think Monday morning. That Saturday and Sunday saw me eating otherwise my typical non-beef jerky diet. I think the problem has been no exercise.
For some reason, I've lost that motivation to exercise. I'm getting trapped into thinking that I can just stick to my diet regimen, and still lose weight.
I need something to kick me in the butt and tell me to go walking.
Today is a non-beef jerky diet day. I'm going motorcycle riding. The plan is to have lunch at Olamendi's in Dana Point, a mexican restaurant that was actually popular with Richard Nixon when he vacationed at his "western white house".
