Diet Log - June 11, 2008

Weighed in this morning at 199 lbs, down another pound from yesterday.

I stuck to the beef jerky diet yesterday, for the second day in a row. Read my review of House of Jerky - Natural. I gave it a "best" rating.

I think it has been about 10 years since I weighed less than 200 pounds. I've forgotten what it feels like (like it feels any different anyways).

Also yesterday, I had to punch another hole into my belt. Damn thing is getting loose, and I really like this belt. Actually, I didn't a "punch" the hole, I used my drill. A lot easier.

I didn't get a chance to exercise, too busy with work.

Today, I'm supposed to hook up with a friend to go motorcycling. I normally go on Thursdays, but I'm going today. We'll be heading over to the Harbor Fish Cafe in Carlsbad, one of my favorite eats.

Though I'm eating out today, I'll still be posting reviews on Best Beef Jerky. I wrote up a review for another "vegan" jerky last night, I'm just waiting on tonight to post it. That soy jerky is really nasty stuff. I can't figure out why it tastes so horrid. I've eaten other soy products, like soy crackers, miso soup, and even tofu itself, and I find those things to be pretty good. So, I can't understand why soy jerky has to be so awful. And I'm really not exaggerating how awful it is, seriously, it REALLY is that bad.

Oh, and I have one more vegan jerky to review. And I'm really dreading it!
