Diet Log - May 26, 2008

Weighed in this morning at 202 lbs. That's down 3 lbs from my last diet log on Thursday.

Last Friday I stuck to the beef jerky diet. Read my review of, "Ju Ju Jerky". That stuff is awesome! It's got a lot of taste, moist and tender, and best of all, no sodium nitrite, and I found it my local Albertson's grocery store.

Saturday I took a ride on the motorcycle with some friends, and had a late breakfast with them, a salmon omelette, potatoes, english muffin, and a Coke. We headed over to Stone Brewery afterwards for a tour, and I had 2 beers.

Sunday, I took the wife out for lunch at a sushi restaurant. I filled myself up with plenty of rice and fish. Only had iced-tea to drink, no sugar. We headed over to San Diego Wild Animal Park, and spent the day walking and standing in line.

Today, being Memorial Day, and my friends having the day off, I'll probably go motorcycling again, so I won't be on the beef jerky diet. Instead of eating burgers and pizzas, I'm going to try to start eating more salads. I gotta get me some veggies; I hardly eat any of that stuff now.

Technical note: I moved this blog over to Blogger's server yesterday. I've had trouble with my other server, FTP issues, that has prevented me from updating this blog more often.
