Diet Log - May 21, 2008

Weighed in this morning at 206 lbs. Down 1 lbs from my last Diet Log on Thursday. But in truth, I had actually went back up to 210 lbs over the weekend.

Yesterday I stuck to the beef jerky diet. Read my review of Oh Boy! Oberto Hickory Beef Jerky. I also did 2 mile walk with the dogs, and did some sweating in a hot bath for about 30 minutes.

I'm also done eating all that honey baked ham. I actually gave it to the dogs, because it was getting gooey.

Last Saturday, I ate more than I ever had in the past couple of months. I started the day going to a chili-cook off, and ate enough samples to fill myself up. I also had a beer. A few hours laters, a friend and I went to a mexican restaurant, and I had three margaritas and some chips and salsa. That evening, I went to a house warming party, and ate a burger, hot dog, potato salad, a cookie, and four bottles of Mike's Hard Lemonade.

I actually put on 3 lbs as a result of that, which I think was mostly fluids. All that took me up to 210 lbs.

Sunday, I ate less. I only had a roast beef sandwich, a beef shiskabob, and a bottle of sweetened iced tea.

So because of that, I didn't eat much on Monday, only a few more pieces of that honey baked ham, and water. And then the beef jerky diet and exercise, brought me back down to 206 lbs.
